The 100% cotton yarn and polyester stitching will likely hold up to an accidental tumble in the washing mashing, but I recommend hand washing for longevity’s sake. To maintain its shape I recommend storing in a hanging position. If it becomes misshapen simply spritz with water, reshape, and hang to dry!
The cotton thread of the “hanger” is designed to naturally fray over time.
